Engineer was punctual, very polite and efficient. Rear sensors fitted to make reversing into garage easier. The whole process with AVR was extremely easy and the sensors look great and work perfectly. Would definitely recommend AVR.

I chose AVR to supply and fit Apple CarPlay to my car having read all the great reviews. Things started off great but sadly went badly downhill on the day of installation.

The fitter did not cover the seats or any of the dashboard trim he was removing to keep things clean and stop them getting damaged. Whilst thankfully nothing was damaged, there were plenty of grubby marks left on trim and the seats.

The fitter did not know how to use the product and left no instructions. So he was unable to test if it was all working properly before he left.

I was trying to test it as best I could when it stopped working altogether literally 5 minutes after he left. I phoned AVR and requested he be sent back as he'd only just left. They refused and said it was physically installed correctly and could be sorted by telephone support from the manufacturer. I requested again the fitter return immediately to handle this technical support call and ensure everything was working as expected (and paid for). They again refused.

The technical support from the manufacturer established that the product was not installed correctly and the fitter did need to return. I requested AVR to send the fitter back at the end of the day or the start of the following day. They refused and told me that as the fitter was a sub contractor they had no control over him and he would contact me to let me know when he was next in my area.

Under the threat of a credit card dispute it was eventually arranged for the fitter to return and correct the installation that evening. Unfortunately we were now out of hours for the technical support to enable testing. Despite promises to follow up with me the following day, I have never heard from AVR again (this is now 5 days ago).

I have managed to work directly with the manufacturer's support to get the system largely working as intended. Although there remains a small issue which I'm being told is my handset despite my handset working just fine on CarPlay with other cars.

Good job by a very helpful young man, and it works very well.

Fitted by Karl, who was meticulous in his fitting and had a sense of humour to boot 😁 I would have no hesitation in recommending you guys as was a great experience from start to finish.

Had the Nextbase iQ Dash Cam installed. It was a rocky start to begin with, as the dash cam was not working as it should have, AVR representative Amelia Rolls in collaboration with Nextbase customer service reps managed to solve this issue. The dash cam is working fine now. Thanks again Amelia for sorting this out.

It was great to have someone on the end of the phone to answer any questions. The Sensors were reasonably priced and Customer Care was excellent. John the engineer was meticulous in their fitting and explained how it all worked. I would have no hesitation in reccomending for their product and service.

I ordered a Nextbase 422GW in-car dashcam from AVR, including fitting. Communication was good throughout and an installation date was agreed with Amelia at AVR.

Fitter Wayne turned up as agreed and fitted the dashcam without issue in just over an hour. The camera is well placed (hidden behind the mirror from a drivers perspective) and works well. I therefore cannot fault the service.

My first contact with AVR was with Ashlee who was a joy to deal with as she was professional and courteous. I then had Adam install 2 hook locks which was carried out a great job taking pride in his work. Very friendly and informative guy. I highly recommend AVR!

From start to finish absolutely perfect from the time I phoned to get a price from the time I phoned for a price to having the job completed perfect.
To deinstall to re install. Terry the fitter was polite and very neat even my son who is very hard to please was very complimentary with job

Karl was really friendly and professional towards his work. He explained everything before the installation and managed to complete the task with excelent work.
