Excellent installer who did a first class job installing my camera in freezing conditions. Even better booking was easily arranged. Highly recommended.

Had a problem with a rear camera on the last day of guarantee. Phoned AVR and they arranged an engineer to come and fix it. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

The office staff were very helpful, most communication was done by Amelia and Chloe. The reversing camera I ordered was fitted by John who did a very good job, I am however disappointed with the result of the camera's performance, I think that this is due to where the camera has been fitted, more to one side than the centre of the tailgate giving an unequal view, also rendering the guide lines quite useless, something that I have relied on with my previous camera which I have now reinstalled. John who fitted the camera said that he couldn't fit it in any other position and I think after sending a photo of the back of the car and asking initially where it was to be fitted then I should have been informed of this.

John returned today and fitted a different camera which is a 100% improvement to the previous one fitted due to the positioning. Thank you very much John and Amelia for sorting this for me.

Nice and clear selection of tech. I had reverse parking sensors and dash cams fitted in the first week of January. It's nice to have a clear plan and the plan was executed precisely despite the freezing weather. Very happy.

We were making the purchase for our twin grand children's first car, so it had to be right. Choosing which product to purchase was made easier by the excellent AVR website - a wide range available. We chose the reg. plate rear view camera and rear view mirror screen - our daughter says the combination gives excellent day and night vision. The grand children are impressed and quickly gained confidence using the camera. Installation was excellent. The engineer was on time, a very pleasant man and the installation was faultless. An-all round excellent service.

I have used AVR many times on our family vehicles and we have a regular guy, Kyle who has visited us each time.. They have fitted dash cams and parking sensors on vehicles and every time, we've had an excellent job done by Kyle. Kyle is very polite and friendly and very professional. He explains the procedure he's doing beforehand and shows his work afterwards, to ensure we are satisfied. Kyle is fantastic at his job and I would thoroughly recommend AVR to anyone The Sales staff also are very good and always deal with my enquiries in a pleasant professional manner
