From start to finish, the staff were absolutely brilliant — friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole experience as stress-free as possible.
Always kept in the loop via telephone, text or email and prompt with curtesy car too.
Hopefully I won’t have a non fault claim in the future but if so I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hire car was there the next day the delivery driver was brilliant had a walk round the car with me showed me all the controls and everything went on holiday had to return the car but when i got back there was another car waiting for me excellant service

Involved in no fault accident, had to deal with 6 different sets of people to get repairs done. AX got the claim business - but can't understand older folks do not all do business by iphone. Can't or won't deal with email info, so got annoyed when I asked for help from the garage to send photos and dashcam. Had to provide personal info to several different firms, then denied I had sent it. Got the car repaired at my choice of venue - they wanted to send me somewhere I didn't know and don't trust the area. Delivered a hire car and insisted I use it - not equivalent to my own, then failed twice to collect it having made appointments to do so. Very involved saga taking 6 weeks, never speaking to same person twice. Not to be recommended. Driver collecting hire car was very pleasant & helpful though - one and only positive!

Communication was good, clear and delivered by friendly staff. Unfortunately information wasn't always accurate. I was told my courtesy car would be delivered on a certain date which was 2 days before my own vehicle went in for repair. At the other end I had a message to say my car would be ready for collection on 29 Sept, after I had already collected it on 28 Sept. This clearly demonstrates poor communication between AX and the repairers Prestige. On the plus side the courtesy car provided suited my needs perfectly.
