Great and helpful products
The screen arms are excellent - very sturdy and stable.
The compact keyboard and vertical mouse made a significant difference from the first use. My carpal tunnel symptoms eased during the day, although I still experience some discomfort at night.
The chair works really well for my height (175 cm, with long arms and legs). The horizontal seat adjustment is a great feature. The only downside is that the armrests are quite far apart, which causes some shoulder discomfort after a while.

I would like to convey that I am extremely happy with the service provided from start to finish. The initial assessment was very thorough, and the assessor took the time to fully understand my specific needs to help support me during my working day. I felt listened to and well supported throughout the process.
When my specialist equipment was delivered, everything was clearly and professionally explained. My chair was not only delivered but also taken to my office and fully set up for me. The delivery person ensured I was completely comfortable with the setup and answered all of my questions before leaving, making sure I was happy with everything.

Easy process, very happy!
Really easy, simple experience! Stephen was so lovely and really took his time to show me all my equipment. For the first time in a long while, I did not feel judged for having disabilities.
Back care solutions have been great! Through multiple delays (through no fault of their own) accommodated me brilliantly!
