Great value and variety of classes for everyone
Barnet Copthall is a lovely venue with lots of classes and all the instructors are knowledgeable and ensure we have a great workout.
The reception team are always ready to help with any queries and a smile.

Premium swimming lessons and gym sessions.
My child swims every Saturday, and although earlier he thought it wouldn't help, he now swims faster without struggle due to the help of the many swim teachers. We also do gymming once or twice, and we don't recall any event yet where I have been unhappy with the large variety of machines, which have helped us to be and stay fit.

The gym itself is big has lots of equipment and classes available but is very expensive for a community gym . It is not affordable to everyone . Also could do with regular cleaning as it is a very busy gym and pool but no cleaner to be seen .

The staff are very helpful especially the receptionist. The swim facilities are excellent. My only concern is I think prices are expensive compared to other private gyms.

Quick and professional help with a cancelled membership
I contacted the team by email regarding my daughter’s swimming membership, which had been cancelled unexpectedly. Azaria from Barnet Copthall responded and was very helpful in resolving the issue. She was polite, professional, and took the time to look into what had happened and help sort everything out.
I really appreciated her clear communication and support throughout the process. Thank you, Azaria, for your assistance and for making the experience much smoother.

About your staffs at Copthall leisure…
Most of your staffs at Copthall leisure centre are very friendly, specially Lamia, she is very helpful, very nice and very hardworking. Unfortunately there is a staff called Daryn is very rude and didn’t know how to use his computer to help.
I can’t remember exact date, the following date of experience is just a rough idea about Daryn. Lamia is good every time I see her.

I am a regular week-day user of the…
I am a regular week-day user of the Copthall Pool facility, extending over the past 9 years or so, during which time I have always been very impressed with the efficiency & cleanliness in the way the Facilities are run, all carried out by Staff who couldn’t be more courteous & helpful. Lamia at the entrance reception desk is a very noticeable contributor in this regard, with her warm welcoming smile for one & all.
All in all, a very pleasant healthy & social daily experience for me, which I repeatedly report on to family & friends, telling them what they are missing - urging that they really need to ‘get on board’, and pronto !

Great facility!
Professional staff. Great facilities - 2 pools, gymnasium, yoga / pilates, etc. class pace and well equipped gym with ample equipment covering all types of exercises. Both my son and I are huge fans of the venue!

Exceptional service from Lamia at the desk first class . I can always rely on when to help with my queries and bookings. I noticed her badge she has been moved up to a supervisor and let me say that's well deserved as many other members will feel the same way based on her work ethic and kindness. Barnet copthall is very clean and maintained well . Good yoga and body conditioning classes and I am happy inclusive swim I am happy this is offered on Sundays !❤️❤️❤️
