We have just completed on our new Bovis home and wanted to take the opportunity to recognise Rodri and Gav, our Sales Consultants, for the support they have given us throughout the process.

From the outset, both were professional, approachable and genuinely helpful. The conveyancing process became increasingly challenging towards the end, creating a lot of uncertainty around the timing of exchange and completion. Throughout this, Rodri and Gav understood the position we were in and were as helpful and supportive as they could be.

They remained approachable, kept us informed and continued to support us right up to the day we moved in. They went above and beyond what we would have expected from our Sales Consultants and made a potentially stressful process much easier to manage.

We are now in the house and really pleased with it. A genuine thank you to both Rodri and Gav for their help throughout the process.

They are a real credit to Bovis Homes and a great example of excellent customer service.

We thought the show homes were well built and had lots of storage but not sure about a couple of things with design. 3 bed had a v small square hallway and the heat source pump was v obvious. Staff were very friendly and helpful with our questions. Mostly v impressed. Knowing the area but still too expensive for us.

Don’t buy a home with bovis! Unless you like leaks, half a job and your home basically becoming the site office with the amount of contractors you have while living there! 570k not what you would expect ! Customers services are trying though, but honestly stay clear !

Although we did experience a significant delay to the build of our new property (A Birch on the Cornish Quarter in Wadebridge), the care shown to us by the Bovis Team both before and (importantly) after we moved in has been exceptional. In particular, the following staff have gone above and beyond to ensure our experience has been a really positive one: the truly excellent Charlotte Pearce in the Sales Team, Paul the Site Manager, Adam Purvis in the Site Team coordinating everything, Darren in the Customer Care Team efficiently fixing our snags and not forgetting Andreas the incredibly helpful 'Gate Keeper' on site. We have felt all along that the staff genuinely care about our moving-in experience, so that we can really enjoy our new home without worry and anxiety. All the staff we have encountered have been pleasant, responsive and effective in supporting us.

We visited Megan at the Whiteley meadows development to discuss the options available for our current situation. We came away excited about the possibilities and will be returning once we are in a position to buy. Thank you Megan and Team for a great experience.

Fantastic and welcoming experience from first views to reserving. Explains everything clearly and fabtastic with our 2 children as well. The show houses made us want to switch from a potential other builder of homes which we were close to reserving. Homes look to be of high quality and perfect for our next home. We are very excited to continue the process and move into our new home.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Bovis Homes so far. The sales team have been helpful, professional and approachable throughout the process, and we’ve felt well supported from choosing our home through to the next stages of the purchase. The team in Hailsham is amazing. We’re really pleased with our new home and looking forward to moving in!

I recently purchased A new 2 bedroom apartment with Bovis Homes.
I can honestly say that from the first day I entered their office to enquire about the property the whole team have been nothing short of amazing. Calling me regularly to update me on the progress, walking me through each appointment with such knowledge and experience it has just made the whole process so easy for me. And just all being so friendly and welcoming. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing A new property.

We had visited Bovis Homes at Whiteley Meadows on two occasions, one before we sold our house and the second once our house was STC. We met with Matt Morrison, whom we felt offered us the best customer service on the few times we visited. Nothing was too much trouble, he went through everything at a pace we were comfortable with. Matt had a great knowledge of the houses we showed an interest in. In fact due to the great service, we attended three times in row and reserved one of the houses on the third visit. Matt provided us with all the necessary information we needed and allowed us to view the two properties of interest. This cemented our decision. We are truly grateful for all the help and support from Matt and we’re looking forward to our New Home.
