I wish I had read the actual reviews before I ordered, as people have complained about customer service going back to 2021. My experience was the same: good delivery service, faulty goods and very poor customer service response.

Excellent. Bought a pair of Dune long ladies' boots which were cheaper than any other website selling them. The boots arrived in three days with free postage. Would definitely use this site again.

No refund for my return and no answer to my emails requesting a refund. Boots were returned and tracked. I can see with Royal Mail that they were signed for 2 days after I posted. I have emailed them 3 times, and as yet, no reply. Terrible Terrible company.

Ordered 2 pairs of skechers on 28th December for a birthday gift on Jan 9th. Was assured that delivery would be 3-5 working days. When the 9th arrived I contacted customer service for an update and got no response, though one pair did arrive the next day. Despite further emails, I've still had no response. Absolutely shocking way to treat customers, I won't use them again and I would advise people to stay well clear.

I bought two pairs of the same shoe online and four pairs arrived. There website had made two transactions in the same moment, giving me two separate order numbers emailed in the same moment, doubling my order. I did not notice the order had doubled until four pairs arrived. I was charged for four pairs. I sent the two pairs back that I had not ordered and had to pay £15 postage. I wrote to customer services saying I should not be paying to send items back that their website had mistakenly ordered and asked for a postage refund. Never got an answer back or my money back. Won’t use again.

Same issue as some others. Their Croc sizes online are wrong. I ordered an EU size 41-42 which was listed as 8-9 (which is croc size M8W10). I received croc size M9W11 which is one size bigger and therefore not right. Such a pain and very misleading, will need to pay to send back now. They need to update their sizing to reflect what it actually is (see John Lewis for how to do it properly) or offer free returns.

Ordered crocs as per the size stamped on the crocs. The Brantano website does not state anywhere that crocs are in USA sizing. No help to understand sizing as size guide only shows UK to EU sizing which is not relevant. Customer service appalling - complete lack of willingness to understand. No refund. Do not use.
