Highly Recommend
Really easy to order from website. I then receieved a phone call from a pleasant man who explained the next steps regarding delivery.
I was then kept fully informed of delivery date etc. and then on the day was able to track my delivery.
Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

OXBOW RED COAL- Game Changer
We purchased OXBOW RED coal from your company for the first time in February 2025.
Your company and customer service were first class as was the delivery.
You recommended to us to try the coal as we were having burning/ash/heat issues with what we had been using. What a difference, RED OXBOW was a game changer for us. The coal burns really hot, there’s very little ash and it burns all night long. We have two log burners and we now have a lovely warm house all day/night long. Cleaning both is an easy task as there is very little ash remaining after the burn.
We will definitely recommend this coal to all our neighbours and friends and we will definitely be re ordering very soon.

Couldn’t be easier ordered one ton of coal delivered the next week on a day of my choosing after a phone call from John.
Delivery driver was excellent moving the pallet of coal from his lorry into my garage,a very friendly man got on with great. many thanks to all involved.. Will buy again and why not.

Only issue was I was told driver would call 30 mi uses before delivery but instead he turned up and dropped the load when I was not there leaving me to man handle 1 ton of call 50 yards which at 70 years of age was no easy task

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're really sorry to hear about the delivery issue and the inconvenience it caused you. We always request that drivers call all our customers at least 30 minutes before their arrival. However, as most of our deliveries are fulfilled by 3rd party couriers, we can't guarantee the drivers of these delivery companies will follow their given instructions, to the letter. Once fuel orders leave our coal yard we have no direct control of your order's journey to you. None-the-less as you our our customer we sincerely apologies for the inconvenience this caused you. Your experience matters deeply to us, and so we’ll be reviewing communication from your local depot to ensure better communication going forward.

Thank you for the 5 star review, however I feel your comment is a little conflicting with the rating. I just wanted to clarify that your order was received on 1st September and you requested for the delivery date to be on 24th September. Your order was fulfilled and delivered successfully, as planned, on the 24th September. Which is why your order hadn't yet been received on the 23rd September, when you left your review.

Coal drop did an excellent job of arranging Coal delivery to our home.
Coal drop did an excellent job of supplying very competitively priced Oxbow Red, with excellent customer service along the way. They very patiently understood our delivery needs and took time to arrange these so that they arrived, ready and perfectly placed for storage, just as we needed. Great work by Tom and Phil - they really helped.
