Life is too short not to have the best. Here at Cocoba, we believe in creating exceptional quality chocolate products and drinks to enjoy. We search the globe for the highest quality cocoa beans and best tasting chocolate (it’s a tough job, but someone has to do it). The concept for the chocolate brand started with a memory. Cocoba’s founder, Darren, is from Australia where he grew up sharing delicious hot chocolates with his grandfather that he carefully made, not from powder, but using real, premium chocolate. When Darren came to the UK, he could not find a chocolate drink that matched the one from his childhood, so he decided to create it. Cocoba first launched as a pop-up kiosk in Brent Cross Shopping Centre in 2012, serving our signature hot chocolates and handmade chocolate treats. The kiosk quickly became so popular that, just over a year later, Darren took the plunge and opened the first Cocoba Chocolate Café in Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent - now a much-loved independent gem renowned for its exceptional hot chocolates and irresistible chocolate desserts. As word went round and the popularity of our cafe grew, and so did our customers' love of our chocolate and hot chocolate products which we were making and decorating by hand behind the counter. We are now in our third and biggest production unit so far, and are happily able to supply our exquisite chocolate and hot chocolate treats to farm shops and delis all over the UK and beyond, as well as some larger retailers, and online via cocobachocolate.com too. As a family-run company with Australian heritage, we are thrilled to have teamed up with Aussie Ark – a committed conservation organisation who are striving to save critically endangered wildlife in Australia and create a long-term future for these threatened species. To help support the work of this incredible organisation and their essential projects, we have introduced our charity chocolate gift, ‘Wawah’ the Koala. I would like to say Thankyou to Carly for all your help, I have received the order today, earlier than expected and right in time for the birthday celebrations. I appreciate that you have gone above and beyond to help me. The constant emails back and forth chasing up has been amazing. Thankyou again and thankyou for the truffles in each box. Cocoba is lucky to have you as an employee.
The gruffalo milk chocolate stirrers was a hit in our house! This has made 4 young children very happy! Also my husband had a great birthday gift that he was very pleased with. The vegan/ vegetarian options are brilliant also there is something for everybody! We will be ordering again on pay day for more hot huckster bombs and maybe another cup! Fab quality

My First Order
Placed my first order. My usual chocolate brand have discontinued my favourite chocolate, so have had to find an alternative. I placed an order which I have now received and the chocolate is lovely, I’m so pleased I have found my new chocolate as I’m quite particular 😂 I’m looking forward to discovering more.

I have had a wonderful customer experience with Cocoba. While doing some shopping (to see if I could surprise my boyfriend with a refill packet of his white chocolate buttons he had just finished) I realised I couldn't buy a white chocolate refill. I contacted Cocoba and was greeted by Carly who was so kind and helpful and a product request was put in for the refill packets! The time and care put in by Carly and all of the team couldn't be more appreciated and I'd absolutely recommend Cocoba to anybody gifting for someone special! x

Amazing family company
Amazing family company that goes above and beyond to make things right. My 1st mystery hamper arrived during last weeks heatwave and arrived with very melted chocolate. No one's fault, but disappointing. I contacted the team, adding some photos. They promised to replace the damaged( but still delicious) items. Today,a brand new, choca blocked! hamper arrived.
The chocolate is amazing, nothing like the greasy, bland stuff from the large manufacturers, but creamy, tasty and packaged to perfection. Thanks guys.

Fantastic from start to finish! I've ordered from Cocoba quite a few times now, I'm a little addicted to their mystery boxes.
The chocolate is amazing, the hot chocolates addictive and the other products I've tried have all been delicious (my husband is a fan too, much to my dismay!).
The service is fantastic too! The items always arrive quickly and well packaged and having realised I'll be away when my latest order will arrive, I contacted the Cocoba team to see if it was possible to delay my delivery. Within a matter of hours, my order had been updated to be sent out once I'm back at home. Honestly, I cannot fault this company!

Ordered a salad with salmon-disappointed
Ordered a salad with salmon, got charged 7.95 for half a small box of boring salad and two smoked salmon slices, still hungry and can’t believe I paid 8.00 for it.

Contacted customer services had reply with a solution which is above what I expected amazing company nothing was to much trouble

We do provide ingredient and nutrition information for all products onsite, with full ingredient details listed on each individual product page to help customers make informed choices before purchasing. We also have a dietary filter option available, where vegetarian products can be selected specifically.
That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and understand that clearer visibility can make the shopping experience easier. We would also like to mention that we offer a 14-day return policy, so if you are unhappy with a product, you are welcome to return your order within this timeframe, provided all items remain sealed and in their original packaging.

Seriously impressive looking giant egg
Really good value (especially with introductory discount) giant Easter egg that will go down a storm at our party! It’s truly huge and impressive-looking.
Unfortunately my first egg arrived completely shattered. I was worried about requesting a replacement especially as there is no customer service telephone number, but I received a response to my email within 48 hours from an actual person (Louise). I was able to arrange for Royal Mail to collect the first one and was sent a replacement promptly. So all ok, and thanks to Louise.
Great quality chocolate. Small family run business, deserves to be supported.
