Seems a quick and efficient method of obtaining conveyancing representation. Possibly an analysis of disbursements might be a good idea.

It was cheaper to go through conveyancing index than go directly to the conveyancing company. That's crazy.
But, they provide such a lot of business to the conveyancing companies, this is how they give you a better quote.

The Legal company was the worst experiece of conveyancing I have ever had . All emails either wouldn’t load properly and telephone contact impossible . Never ever again .
