Very efficient delivery
Our new sofa was delivered in Poole today by Hugo and Charlie who were very efficient and helpful in moving some of our existing furniture to accommodate the new sofa.

From ordering in their amazing store … so much choice! To communication re our order and delivery, to the actual delivery and installation was 5 star. Although after several purchases from Cooke’s and always having exceptional service I expected it to be good.
James and Alick delivered on time and went the extra mile by helping out with arranging our furniture too, all done with a smile 😊

Pleasant experience
Went into Cookes to purchase a new sofa .
Was pleasantly surprised when the staff acknowledged us but didn’t harass us as experienced in another well known furniture outlet .
The staff were available and helpful when needed .

I was confused with all the choices but the assistant Andy Wood was very helpful knew the product and I didn’t feel rushed .i could take all the time I wanted
