Take your time choosing a bed (there are hundreds!)
The people in the showroom are really super...they don't hassle you but are readily available when needed and have a real depth of experience. We were able to spend as much time as we liked testing the furniture, especially important when choosing a bed....as many visits as you want, the and coffee supplied if you want it and some good sound advice. Delivery ahead of schedule and very efficient. FIRST CLASS.

Extremely professional staff
Extremely professional staff, within each department.Owing to my situation, concerning a delay with my apartment being a month overdue with the predicted date end of June, it has been extended to mid August. The delivery department extremely helpful.

We were looking for a rug …
We were looking for a rug for our living room. Cookes has a great selection and once we'd chosen our rug a kind gentleman called David helped us complete the transaction and answered all our questions. There is a three week wait for the rug but fingers crossed it will be delivered on time and in good condition. A pleasant experience at Cookes!

Excellent service, as always!
As always, we had wonderful personal attention from two mature, knowledgeable, experienced sales staff. They didn’t hurry us or press us to go for something we weren’t really looking for. They pointed out all the special offers in the different pieces of furniture we looked at. Best of all, they didn’t call us ‘you guys’ !! As always, excellent service.
