Recived the Sofa and chairs ahead of quoted delivery and the delivery team were excellent.
The standard of the chairs are good but the sofe did not live up to our expectations.
Creased cusions and gaps at the back of the seat cusions.

We were in the market for some pieces of Natuzzi furniture so we visited Cookes in Erdington a couple of weeks ago and were provided with product sheets and an approximate cost as we did not know then what fabric we wanted the furniture covered in. Chris who we saw was both very helpful and knowledgeable. We also decided to visit the Natuzzi store at junction 9 of the M6 for a comparison. Despite having a sale on and despite the "Design Consultant" we saw ringing his manger for the "special roadshow price" the same furniture was significantly more expensive than we had been quoted at Cookes! The "Design Consultant" would not provide an itemised price despite us asking three times for it. Each time he said that the cost was a "bundle price". It was like being sold double glazing from ten years ago! Naturally, we left the Natuzzi showroom and returned to Cookes. To assist us in deciding upon the fabric the assistant was able to generate AI images of the furniture in a number of our chosen fabrics. This was extremely helpful and the transaction was completed within an hour. It certainly pays to shop around and deal with staff who address any questions and are totally honest. Cookes Furniture has a vast selection of furniture and is very well set out. We have further furniture to buy and we will certainly be shopping again at Cookes. Thank you.

We have purchased many items of furniture from Cookes and have always had excellent customer service. We recently had a problem with our purchase but Elaine handled it in an exemplary manner and resolved the issue without any inconvenience to us.

Salesperson Joanna was very efficient in arranging a prompt delivery for an ex display Parker Knoll Settee & Chair .
I ordered it on 13 May and it was delivered on the morning of 15 May by Alex & James, who were polite and took much care in removing my old Settee & Chair and putting the new ones in place.

Absolutely fantastic service from the delivery guys from cookes furniture. Andy and Joe delivered our king size matress with great patience and professionalism, there was a point i didn't think it would get up the stairs as we have a low part but with great care,they eventually got it up and into the bedroom. I was in awe at how they managed it. Joe was super polite and curtious whilst you could tell Andy had years of experience behind him. Both great,would recommend and use again. Thankyou so much
