Great service, booking online easy, staff all polite and helpful, had to phone to change some details, no problem. Buses run every 15mins, so drop off and pick up very easy.

Car not ready on return and then 45 minute wait
Despite knowing that we were due to land at 2pm and a phone call whilst we were at baggage reclaim when we arrived back at Cophal our car waz not waiting for us.
Initialy we were told there was a power cut and they were behind moving the cars due to not having the information and then told that a car needed jump starting at the top of our cars row.
We ended up waiting 45 minutes for our car after a long flight and the due to the delay ended up stuck in traffic after an accident on the M25 which we would have missed if our car was ready.
Very disapointed as we have never had an issue at cophal before but believe that knowing we are coming they should be getting the cars out with plenty of time to deal with any issues and have it ready for us.

Easy to use website for booking however no way to add the discount code for the 20% savings emailed to me. So feel a little disappointed. Have used the site for years so happy with the service.

From time to time we send promotional emails offering discounts of up to 20%, depending on the specific campaign and the terms of the offer. We also regularly offer 10% discount codes as part of other promotions.

Big increase in prices since earlier bookings this year. Also early this year on 2 occasions I was given the 10% members discount as well as the on line booking offer, this time it was not so Other that that a reasonable service

A straightforward experience. A good website that made booking easy, a location near enough to the airport, good staff, a quick shuttle bus and an easy collection process upon return.

Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff, friendly, and supportive, the service is really helpful and easy to use and they give you all the information you need and if anything should change a direct contact number or email. Easy to book and easy to arrange and a bus route directly to your terminal no fuss at all really convenient. I have used them 3 times now and will continue to do so.
