Avoid at all costs. Shocking customer service

Called in as the door handle on my MG was stuck open (7 year warranty) , need to wind the window down to close it , not convenient.
told I would have to pay for the repair , to top it off they could not be bothered even to look at it then ,said it would be two weeks before they could ! service - no Service here

Good communication, fair deal, not at all pushy, explained the key features of the car before we left. A very enjoyable experience overall. Recommend.

Booked service and also said there was a warning light on, Wanted around an extra £150 to plug in the machine to see what the fault was. Feels excessive when you are already paying for the service, how long would it take to plug in the machine!
Cancelled and going to my local garage that are checking the fault for free!!

The sales person Stephanie seemed knowledgeable and it was nice to deal with a woman.
Unfortunately I contacted her less than a week afterwards about some marks and she said she would get back to me, of course she didn't but as it was a used car I let it go.
That was at the end of August. Its now the end of November and I had to fill the screenwash. Never had to do this with any of my citreons as I rarely use the car. No big deal. But upon doing this I noticed the coolant was below minimum. Having just had the car 3 months this definitely should not be the case. Makes me wonder what else they missed in the presale service!
Very disappointed, definitely reconsidering where I take my car for its service and when I go for my next car

Excellent service from start to finish from Garredd at MG Croxdale, Durham. Arranged a test drive of an MG4 for the following day, agreed the deal with very competitive finance and collected the car 3 days later with 3 minor repairs carried out by the body shop. Car was fully charged and in pristine condition, ready to drive away. Highly recommended.

Stephanie Walker was really professional, knowledgeable and friendly when approached at Croxdale Citreon.No problems at all.
I made a purchase of a car which was is 3 yrs old a couple of marks were to be sorted before pick up the the next week.
Stephanie was on Holiday the day I collected my car on checking the 2 marks had been seen to as arranged but on closer inspection ( in the rain !!) There were a few more marks to be done. The hand over sales exec ( Charlie said he would order me a touch up pen and have it delivered by post.
On my drive home I was notified by a warning light ( just picked the car up )
