Purchasing buildings and contents insurance online was pretty straight forward and documents received as soon as payment reviewed. Can’t comment on anything else as my insurance hasn’t stated yet.

My insurance auto renews annually
My insurance auto renews annually. I was given the new price well in advance, which although an increase I was happy with. I then did not have to do anything else as the renewal happened I was given confirmation and access to the new documentation. A very efficient process.
