I ordered some samples and they came quickly and the customer service member was so helpful. They called to check if received them and made themselves available to help with my order.

This is the second time I am planning on ordering the flooring from DFD. I have ordered some samples and going to decide very soon! Customer service is great and the selection of flooring is amazing! As well as the prices!

Quick and easy order/ delivery for samples.

Ordered 95 packs of laminate flooring and several rolls of underlay. Nearly £3000 in value , paid online and was given a delivery 3 day date .Then got an email stating not enough flooring was in stock and it would be shipped from Ireland ,this caused a 3 day delay. Received another email a day later stating the "boat" from Ireland broke down ,this caused a further 2 days delay. Spoke to Judith and Jonny who were helpful but the customer service department were completely uninterested and only reiterated the "boat broke down" excuse. Why is the company selling product it doesn't have? Had to stand down the fitters twice and this was an added cost . Kept receiving automated emails saying the delivery driver would be dropping items on the agreed dates when they clearly never had the goods. When I did get the flooring 3 packs damaged but fitters made good as we didnt want to waste more time.Unfortunately I needed to order 3 packs more as we run short, again the company took my money but claimed they didnt have them in stock , 3 packs not in stock !!! Again delayed by 4 days .
Definitely avoid this company ,complete cowboy setup.

Really pleased with my new flooring and the way it was packaged for delivery. DFD obviously takes great care to ensure the goods are delivered in one piece, unlike so many other companies I could name....

I ordered 3 free flooring samples of LVT they arrived quickly not sure when as I had these delivered to my Nan’s address. The samples are of good quality and come with information on the back. I did also get a courtesy call from Judith and a follow up email. I haven’t measured the area properly yet as I complete on the house today (20/03/26) so it will be a couple of weeks before we are ordering flooring from whichever company we decide.

Sent quality samples very quickly, impressed with range and quality.

After weeks of indecision on LVT for new kitchen I finally settled on an option from Discount Flooring Depot. Went through the whole purchase procedure only to be told they won't deliver to Scotland, only to England and Wales, so they'll deliver to Cornwall which is circa 300 miles from their base in Manchester, but won't deliver to Glasgow which is only 220 miles.

Very good service from Judith, samples were received eventually, but the delays were down to Royal Mail. The delivery of the order was swift and all in good order.

I ordered some samples but they were not what I was looking for. Judith from discount flooring called me and talked through what I was looking for and arranged to send me more samples that fit the spec. Judith was friendly and helpful and followed up with an email to confirm what we had discussed.
