We have now used DFD twice, we purchased laminate flooring and we're given a price that couldn't be beaten. We are now purchasing some LVT for our bathroom. The displays showed the product at its best the chap we spoke with was knowledgeable and most helpful, prices competitive with delivery or collection from branch an option.

Returned flooring and they only returned 1/3 of my money still owe me £130!!! No reply customer complaint email, no phone number can call. Terrible customer service will not be using ever again!!

product information is extensive and the "How much do I need" calculator is great - I asked for samples of 4 tiles which arrived in 24 hours and when making my order Dan from the Lincoln site was very helpful

Although navigating my way through the website and ordering was easy, delivery service was terrible. There was a lot of miscommunication and changes in delivery time which could have been avoided if communication was involved. Even worse, i took leave off work and the delivery was delayed. Such a waste of leave!

One panel of laminate was faulty, the company promised to replace it if I was short. Unlike many other floors I've laid, the interlocking edges on this were very fragile.

The sample arrived the next day and was packed well so I was able to compare it with others. Well done and thank you.
