Great professional work
Jermaine has been great into fixing my washing mashing while other repairers have been wasting our time. We’ve always had a great experience from Dolphins whenever we used them.

Enquiry staff were polite and efficient…
Enquiry staff were polite and efficient in handling my request for a freezer problem repair.
I was notified the evening before the appointment when to expect the engineer, Aaron, to arrive, and this was updated en route.
Having diagnosed the problem part, Aaron requested a priority order due to my circumstances. Within the week the part was fitted. Again the time of arrival was notified the previous day,
What was a stressful time for me was eased by the efficient administration and the efficiency in which
Aaron carried out the repair, in a polite and helpful manner throughout.
I would definitely use this company for any future problems with my appliances.

Speedy repair to our dishwasher
Aaron came ahead of schedule. I explained the problems with the dishwasher and he immediately got to the source of the problem - showing me as he worked what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. He was very pleasant, friendly and took his time explaining everything to us.

Another disaster with this company
Another disaster with this company! I got booked though Domestic and General for washing machine repair. They call me a few days later that OF COURSE THEY DON'T HAVE ENGINNER available on that day!? What the heck? Why would you give your availability since you don't have engineers. They cancel the booking. So carless!! I DO NOT RECOMEND AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Will ALWAYS DISAPOINT YOU! I promise.

Rich let us know the evening before when he would arrive...he was actually a bit early. Had the bits and pieces he needed with him to fix our cooker...he was very knowledgeable and friendly...job done with no probs.. customer service is still a thing !

My repair was done at the exact time quoted, very efficiently, very polite people doing the work. I can't recommend them highly enough, they were great. The repair was carried out by Aaron, reference 91345.

Over all good experience
I would give 5 stars for the engineer. However they changed our initial appointment 3 times and then the second appointment 1 time, though only by a day, so I took a star off. The actual service completed by the engineer and the timings I arranged directly with him were excellent. He knew it would be a 2 hour repair so arranged to come early. Turned up on time, was almost exactly 2 hours till finish. He was very polite and professional. He worked very cleanly and left no mess at all. Machine now fixed and would be happy to use them again for any future problems with it.

Easy to contact, helpful and fixed it.
My American style Beko fridge was working well, but so noisy at times. Of course, never when the engineer called.
So, Aaron B changed all the fans and one motor. All covered by the service agreement. All is quiet now. Thank you.

Very professional and reliable
I have used Dolphin a fair few times recently and I have to say that the service has been second to none, I’ve had Rich on every call out and he always fixes the problem.
