I recently purchased my car through Drift Bridge Group and the entire decision was made easy thanks to the exceptional service from James Hunt. There is genuinely nothing James doesn’t know about customer service — he made the whole process clear, stress‑free and enjoyable.
I’ll be honest: my experience with Chiswick Audi had almost put me off the brand entirely. The contrast when dealing with James was remarkable. He restored my confidence, took the time to understand what I needed, and guided me through every step with patience and expertise.

Excellent service from Neil, Chrissy and the team at the Drift Bridge VW bodyshop. Carried out one sizeable repair to a door and three other minor repairs and the car looks almost back to new. Plus, friendly, responsive customer service throughout. Really pleased with the results and the quality of service. Recommended.

Poor customer service and very unclear…
Poor customer service and very unclear communication. AudiCAM is advertised as part of the MOT when booking, but I didn’t receive it this time, even though I have previously. Left feeling like they didn’t even check the car, and unfortunately I can’t trust this place.
