Battery Problems (with Bath Mobility Aid)
The bath mobility aid itself is good - it uses a powerful motor attached to a mat to gently and securely lower you into the bath. But the rechargebale battery has been a problem from day one that makes using the unit unreliable. The battery needs charging for 12+hours each week, and is hard to remove & replace into the unit. Our battery also completely failed after only 6 months - and the company has been out of replacement batteries for 3-4 months+, with no infomration when a replacement is available. So the company then provided replacement cells for the battery that we had to fit ourselves (yes really!) - which also failed. So at this point we have a expensive bath mobility unit that is totally unusable without a replacement battery. A nightmare for an elderly person relying on this for bathing - and faced with an unsympathtic customer service team who cannot provide any replacement battery. You can see from other reviews that we are not the only people who have had problems with the batteries - be warned!

All the gentlemen I met were lovely
All the gentlemen I met were lovely. Great demo and company did everything to help as I had an awkward shelf that I needed advice on before fitting. I love the fact that I can now submerge fully into bath. I did have a long wait for a second battery but it was explained that they were awaiting order and it was out of their control. I was given a rough idea of when they expected the delivery which helped. Order was fulfilled this week and I would definately recommend.Thank you

Very Efficient Service
Two very efficient and pleasant gentlemen, Martin and Stuart, fitted our bath lift today. They were extremely quick and tidied up before they left. The operation of the bath lift was well explained.

Great customer service
The salsman came explained the product very well no hard sell. We were contacted with an insulation date. Stuart and James arrived very friendly explained what they where going to do very polite cleaned up after themselves, a credit to the company

Wasted my money on this
It seemed okay to begin with but after a while I found I couldn't transfer myself from the belt back to the seat. They charged me £170 to take it out as we weren't able to do it. Wasted so much money on it 😒

Stuart and Martin were efficient and tidy, arriving on time.
Stuart and Martin arrived on time, the work was done quickly and efficiently. Before they started they checked with me that I was happy with what they were going to do to fit the bath lift. They took me through the instructions for use when the lift ws fitted, explained how and when to charge the batteries, and showed me how to move the belt out of the way if someone wanted to use the bath without using the lift. All was left clean and tidy.

The whole experience was great from the first visit by Gerry to assess my bathroom and demonstrate the bathlift, to communication with Charlotte to arrange installation and the engineers Brian and James who installed the equipment. Bathing is back!
Just had a bath using the new aid . Takes a bit of getting used to but bliss to be able to relax in a bath after nearly 18 months
The engineers were pleasant and caring but I would have liked them to take their shoes off !

I had a demonstration on Monday, finance approved and installed on the Thursday morning of the same week.
The installers were friendly, efficient and informative about the equipment they were installing, Matt H and Ian were very good, installation took less than an hour with a full demo afterwards

The fitters were excelent at there job.
They were very polite and clean they were excellent at their job in fitting and they cleaned up after they had finished. They also went through the operations of how it worked and that we understood how to operate it the fitters Matt H and Martin were proficient at their job.
