Great service. I ordered an EPC on one day. A property visit was arranged for the next day and later that same day I had the EPC. Excellent

Had the quote for the EPC and they call you within 30 seconds for payment (maybe should have seen that as the first red flag).
Took several days to get an appointment booked so when an appointment was finally booked and the surveyor came that was over a week later.
Still no EPC report over 3 working days later although their website claims to have a 24hr turn around and this was advised over the phone. It then changed to 2 working days and now they’re advising it’s 3 working days..
would not recommend and would advise to avoid and use someone else.

Fast and efficient

I was initially impressed with the website and booking process, but unfortunately my experience with the EICR remedial work has left me very disappointed.

I paid £189 for an EICR. The result was then presented to me prominently as “UNSATISFACTORY”, so as a responsible landlord I naturally assumed remedial work was necessary and promptly paid a further £212.89 through their system.

I subsequently discovered that the work carried out amounted to replacing a faulty socket and a light switch with a small crack. More concerningly, when I looked carefully at the electrician’s report, the overall assessment appeared to state “Satisfactory.”

I contacted the electrician twice for clarification and received no response. I then contacted the company explaining my concerns and asking them to clarify why the EICR had been presented as unsatisfactory and to review the remedial charge. I have followed up and, so far, have not received a satisfactory response.

I accept that I should have scrutinised everything more carefully before paying, but I also think customers should be given very clear information about whether remedial work is actually required for compliance or is simply minor/recommended work.

It’s particularly disappointing because I liked the service initially and would happily have used the company again. Unfortunately, this experience has undermined my confidence in doing so.

Exceptionally easy to initiate and the man who rated the property turned up on time and was concluded within 3/4 hr. I was a little disappointed he didn't have the device that checked heat loss for the property, but perhaps I was expecting too much.

How can this company be rated excellent???
My partner recently booked on line for them to do an Energy certificate survey and was quoted £79. The man came out did the survey, the company then emailed to say that they wanted an extra £30 before they would send the certificate. Sure enough buried in the small print of the terms and conditions it says above a certain square foot it is more. But at no time was she told this, infact the advert quote says £79 NOT FROM £79! They have refused to send the certificate unless she pays!
Subsequently I have contacted yhe same company by by telephone and been given the same information! I actually then had to push quite hard, on the the question of size before they admitted it could possibly cost more, and even then when I didn't book came back to me and said if my property was larger they would charge me more!
This company are not an honest company please don't deal with them unless you want a lot of wasted time and upset!

This company give misleading quotes and bury additional charges in their terms and conditions, emailing me after the survey was carried out asking for an additional £30 because of the size of my house despite knowing it was a four bed! We phoned to get another quote to clarify and had to question agent several times about additional charges before he admitted a house over 150sqm would incur an extra charge. When we said we were looking for a cheaper quote he said he would match it!! They are dodgy and basically holding people to ransom. I will not pay them anymore so they won’t give me my certificate. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I was not happy with the initial assessment and rating as I had just renovated the property with upgraded energy savings lightings and windows throughout . I had called for a new assessment because of the upgrades. I was surprised the new windows throughout were rated poor worst than old windows. I thought this should have been obvious when they assessor visited. Nevertheless this has been reviewed and revised.

From start to finish this service was efficient, effective and quick and easy. There were no issues, the independent assessor was on time, brilliant and I’d absolutely recommend this service

Booked an EPC which was done after only a couple of days. The assessor was polite, friendly and efficient. I received the certificate on the same day. The whole process was very easy.

The transaction went very smoothly. I was notified at all points when setting up the appointment, and also when the surveyor was running a little late.
It was an efficient process from start to finish, and I would use this service again.
