We hired ERS for our move from Glasgow to Copenhagen. Despite having given precise dimensions of our belongings, we were charged 25% of the original quote while the boxes were ALREADY in transit. They were relatively responsive, however, kept the details of the pick up time very vague and did not give a precise time, let alone date until one day before the move, giving me no option but to book my plane ticket last second. In terms of drop off, the details were vague once again and the notice given was literally 2 minutes (I only received a call once the van was on my street). Both drivers were friendly and efficient, however, I would never use their service again.

It's hard choosing the correct company for international removals. We were moving to Slovakia and chose ERS as they offered the best options for what we wanted. It all turned out well and everything went perfectly. Thanks!

Move from London to Amsterdam. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and efficient. High level of professionalism and very competitive prices. The communication was very efficient and the company responded swiftly to any questions we had. Special mention to the driver, who was extremely friendly and took extra care of our boxes and furniture. Can't recommned them enough, and I will definetely choose them again in the future.

Absolutely pleased with their services. They were helping me move from London to Paris within one day. Once we loaded their truck we hopped on the Eurostar and arrived to the location at the exact same time when the driver did. The driver was contactable during the journey. Unquestionably 5 star.

The movers did an excellent job picking the items up from Germany then delivering them in a record time to the UK while tolerating the difficult parking situation in both places. The movers initially arrived at the destination before me but then kindly agreed to come back later in the day at a more convenient time. All items were accounted for and arrived safely. I would gladly choose and recommend them in the future.

I used this company to send some items from Portugal back home to the UK. They made everything easy from start to finish. The price was really good.

At the time of writing this review the items have not been unpacked yet as I have not had the chance to do so.But as most bags/boxes have clothes and very few fragile items I am not too concerned for now. The communication was clear every step along the way and and guys that delivered were very friendly.

If I ever need to use a removal company I will probably use them again.

I had the best experience with European Removal services, from the initial phone consultation through to final delivery. I was moving back from Switzerland to UK on my own and had never had to plan a removal before. The process was very flexible and good communication throughout which made it very easy. All furniture was relocated safely and taken good care of on route. I would 100% recommend.

I would recommend this company without hesitation if you are planning a house move to Europe. They moved all of my household goods from London to a small village in Greece without a single breakage. The packing service was superb - extremely thorough and with no corners cut. I received good professional advice throughout and it took a lot of the stress out of a big move. They have a strong customer focus and the experience really did exceed my expectations.
