Live chat REFUSE to help
Live chat refuse to help only sending automated responses or saying they "can't help".
Email support says they "can't find your account" when I've successfully logged into it. Their dashboard is broken completely showing this message on both the website and app. Impossible to use - joke of a company:

Fair FX agent deserves full praise
I found the FAIR FX system difficult to negotiate, as I needed to convert Pounds Sterlings into 3 different currencies. The jargon there seems to be designed for experts, rather than lay people. I've asked for help via an email and Zinhle Nyide replied to my query very quickly, courteusly and professionally. The person that I talked to was good and knowledgeable
The person that I talked to (Sithembuso) was very helpful and I managed to sort out what I needed to sort out.
However the system itself was a nightmare: it didn't seem to recognise that you were active on the system if you were on the chat function so it kept logging us out, often with no notice!
