Nightmare to deal with
Transferred money for my holiday a week before. Staff couldn't be more nonchalant. Kept saying the would email or call me back, never did. Lost thousands of pounds - said it was sent back to my Barclays because i requested a refund - i did not and it was not returned to Barclays. Staff never respond when they say they will. Now had to cancel my flight. Nightmare company, would not recommend.

I rang this morning concerned that my transfer had not gone into my euro account, the lady I spoke to Sinqobile Khanyile was so professional, friendly and very extremely nice and listen to my concerns and had everything sorted out in no time.

However, I did call a little later to see if the transfer had been completed, and can only say that Marcus could do with some customer service training from Singobile, he was rude and very dismissive of my concerns.

I've used this company for my travel…
I've used this company for my travel money for over 7 years. The currency exchange rates are always favourable and you can add many currencies to the account for spending via the visa card when visiting different countries. If you ever need to get in touch for help or large transactions, the support is excellent (thanks Pranesh).

duplicated a transaction…
I accidentally duplicated a transaction and emailed to ask for assistance. Agent Sinqobile Khanyile gave a prompt response and clarified my request to cancel the duplicate transaction once I had confirmed that was my requirement she promptly confirmed that the transaction had been cancelled. A great relief to me.

Help needed logging in following email change.
I have been having issues following my change of name and email address. I could not log into my account. I spoke to Sinqobile Khanyile Who tried to help
Me on the phone but I still could not log in. I was promised a follow up email which did happen. Then confirmation that I should try to log in again. This time successfully. Thank you Sinqobile Khanyile

Amazing customer service
I had a very worrying issue with my funds which I didn't realise was partly my fault. When I contacted the team I was dealt with in a very polite and courtious manner, especially by Katie who reasurred me my funds were safe and she really helped put my mind at rest. I do suffer with anxiety and problems like this make me panic terribly but she and the team helped me through it in a very nice professional way.
