Great easy and price was better than all others

"The government should reconsider giving licences to insurance companies that provide this level of service. This is the second time I've called customer service and I've wasted a lot of time in an endless process just to reach someone. I was told a document would be emailed immediately, but I never received it." Then you can add "When I called back, I went through the same long process again, and the call ended because the person said they couldn't hear me." And finally, "In my experience, there's no proper customer service or respect for customers. It's extremely frustrating and unacceptable."

I choose First Alternative because they had the most competitive price and the best policy for my car. There were lots of things included in the price that would normally be an additional charge with their competitors. Also the process from start to finish was incredible simple.

This company refused to help me when my car broke down. On live chat they lied and said RAC does not do their recovery, which on their website, it stated they do.

I had to pay and source my own recovery during a traumatic car break down. I am not chasing reimbursement.
Poor customer service with unprofessional communication and grammar errors. There is no one to call.

Found them on price comparison website. Cheap and has 5 star Defaqto ratings. Also “seems” to have high ratings here in Trustpilot. Well, what a bit mistake I made. Never realised defaqto does not rate customer service satisfaction. And the many positive reviews on here must be made by the same AI bots that you will be dealing with online. A simple question took over 45mins for the online assistance to respond. It’s like they are dealing with 100s of customers all at the same time. Can’t add additional temp driver if I have hurt myself and needed someone to drive my car.
