I have not personally spoken to anyone in the company. Everything was on line without talking to anyone. So, I cannot really comment on the experience save to say the application was made simpke.

Asking for a review on booking something that is via a website is a ridiculous. Almost all companies use the same format and platform.
The only review worth submitting will be when the company is needed.
How quickly you answer the phone.
Clear and understandable staff
Website queries responded to promptly
Satisfying any claim
These are the only reviews worth asking about.
As a new customer I hopefully won’t need any of The above.
Oh and don’t automatically inflate prices in renewals!

Pretty cheeky if you ask me, don’t give you your no claims proof until the end date as it’s subject to change? Literally trying to find a new insurance company because these robbing people decided to put my renewal up despite no claims. So because of this I can’t purchase a new insurance policy.

No policy suspension
Unfortunately, you can't suspend the policy. For the rest it is fine with a very good price. I'm waiting this change to revise it at four or five stars.

First Alternative are great
First Alternative are great. After receiving my insurance renewal, they were the first and best option, saving me £120 on the renewal price..! With money tight, this was fantastic. The site was easy to use and I managed to get exactly what I needed from it.
