I has never heard of First Alternative but as they were 5star rated by Defacto I thought I would try them. I was not disappointed !! . Easy to arrange cover and had everything sorted quickly and easil... Voir plus
I have not personally spoken to anyone in the company. Everything was on line without talking to anyone. So, I cannot really comment on the experience save to say the application was made simpke.

They are cheap but when you try to make…
They are cheap but when you try to make an amendmant, they mess that up and then try to resolve the issue you can'y you hav to wait 10 days for them to then be able to process a change, changed banks and after been assured it has been done. no reponse and when they say they are going to retake payment they don't so are laft with no know where you are with it .. if you could just pick up a phone and call someone, the numbers on the site take you to an automated server that doesn't recognise yor policy number or any other details ..

i paid my deposit for my car insurance…
i paid my deposit for my car insurance on the 8th of sep, then the deposit was sent back into my account. i did not get any emails to say why, it was only because i looked at my bank account that i found out . after a lot of talking to chat i got a uk phone number rang them but i did not get any help so i had to do my insurance again.

Easy to set up
Looking for reasonable cover for a second car. First Alternative came out on top with the best price and level of cover. Site was easy to navigate and set up Insurance with terms and conditions clearly laid out.
