I have not received my order which I ordered on the 25th of October it was a preorder order so I was willing to wait however I am now getting emails as if my order has been completed and I should rate my order and rate my item which I have not received I still haven’t received tracking or estimated delivery I have emailed the company and gotten no response

Matt sent me multi close up photos of the Funk sofa I wanted when I asked for more information about the material. All my questions were answered by the following day and the friendly delivery men were on time. I love my Funk corner sofa; it's very comfortable, looks fantastic and was a great price. I had a faulty castor wheel on my bed …
I had a faulty castor wheel on my bed settee and it took two deliveries to sort out the problem with spare parts. Trivial as it sounds it was still important to me

An easy purchase of lights
We bought three lights, the price was good and they were delivered quickly with good emails comms on progress. It was an easy purchase and the lights are well made and well packed. There is a marked difference in quality between what we bought and the low cost alternative from the usual bulk sellers.

Ordered 27th May delivered by Parcel Force 30th (driver came to find me also 5*). Product looks good and is sturdy. sizes correct 38cm and made in India,
(size on transit box is incorrect). Furniture Edit is a recent newcomer and I did not need to test their customer services which in many other cases is appalling. wish the company well if they have a very good customer service.

The item arrived- one box was mouldy and the other was damaged. The delivery team were happy to unbox to ensure there was no visible damage but the mechanisms are all bent which weren’t visible until after we had assembled meaning it doesn’t operate correctly.
I reached out to the company and initially they were very responsive but after sending photos and videos as requested to pass to the manufacturer, I have now been waiting for a response for 3 weeks. I have chased for an update and continuously have been ignored. It is very disappointing and has left us with a dining table we cannot use as we should be able to.
