Furniture Edit Avis 

We located the piece of furniture we wanted purely by chance at a shop that was closing down. Unfortunately it was ‘sold as seen’ and the top had some damage. That got us looking for the same piece but brand new and we narrowed down our order to Furniture Edit.

My acid test for an online business is (a) do they answer the phone and (b) how good is their online chat. Furniture Edit passed both tests without issue.

Order placed on Easter Saturday. Acknowledgement was very prompt and we had a shipping confirmation on Tuesday with delivery two days later. The delivery itself came with a time window of two hours that was texted the day beforehand.

The delivery driver was happy to wait whilst we unpacked the sideboard and checked for any damage - there was none.

All in all great value for money and the end to end experience was top notch.

Furniture edit were so helpful with regards to arranging a delivery date that was suitable for me. The delivery was within the stated time and the item was well packaged, would recommend.

Order placed for a table on March 29th. No signs of the table or email notification for a dispatch. Their support said that the delivery company "had trouble reaching me"... i don't see why.

Support agent arranged for the table to be delivered next day between 9 and 12. I waited at home, no calls or emails from the delivery company.

Went back on the chat, same reply. "the delivery company had a hard time reaching you". He arranged for the table to be delivered next day ...again. Yet again, table never showed up and no missed call from the delivery company.

UPDATE:
Finally got my table and happy with it. Can’t fault the product at a great price.

Items as described. Delivery arrived in time ,delivery guy took care while unloading.Quality of product is very good. Nicely packed. Easy to assemble. Just need to workout the parts list before assembling as parts are not labeled. Definately buying another items if needed.Very pleased with purchase.

A number of vendors were selling the same bookcase on-line but I felt Furniture Edit offered the best value for money. As I was in no hurry, free delivery was a good option to have.
The bookcase was straightforward to assemble and looks good now it is in place.
This is my first order from Furniture Edit and I've had no need to contact their customer services, which is the way it should be. I would recommend them.

Ordered quite a few bedroom units from Furniture Edit (all from the Naia range). They offered the best price compared to other online retailers and delivery was prompt and we were kept up to date at all stages. A couple of the panels were broken on arrival but Matt dealt with everything very promptly and replacement parts were ordered direct from manufacturer to us. All arrived and now delighted with our new units. Excellent customer service.

Apart from delivery problems with XDP, once it arrived and was put together (about 6 hours over Fri afternoon and Sat morning), it’s a super piece of furniture in our hallway that has enabled us to have a massive tidy up. The instructions were all in diagram form which, luckily for me, had husband engaged in much fun deciphering … really!

Matt at Furniture Edit was terrific pursuing a ‘sleepy delivery company’ on our behalf to wake up and get rolling - even though our location posed one or two problems.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough - the item was perfect for our needs and staff at Furniture Edit absolutely fought the extra mile to ensure delivery.

Ordered a console table which was the exact table I had been looking at elsewhere but for a fraction of the price. Customer service was fantastic with prompt answers. A trustworthy company and furniture was lovely.

This company is a joke. From placing my order to delivery. No mention when this Chester drawer was going to turn up. The delivery man left the trunk in the front door even when I told him I’m 7 months pregnant and don’t have no family or friends about to help. When you order from ikea you can choose one room of your choice and it gets delivered with smiles. Delivery man was rude!
Matt on reception was unprofessional because even he had no idea when my draw would be delivered. And said I would be notified which I wasn’t!! If I knew I wouldn’t be covered in bruises now taking it upstairs myself. Not to mention all the cramps I had in my stomach after. I’d highly avoid on my shopping trip. Always happy to extra to have it delivered to a room of my choice!! Big fat zero stars 🌟

Customer service were really helpful when my address couldn’t be found. The item came super quick and was the cheapest I could find it. 5*
