Happy with the service and the furniture ( sideboard) we received.Would have given 5 stars but we were unaware the product was flat packed . Wasn’t mentioned on the website as far as we can see.

The staff are superior
The staff are superior, went much further to help me than any other company I have used to date, and the problem they helped with was entirely my own fault. Delivery was fast and the items I bought are great, I expected poor quality because I had to buy cheap due to my budget, but they were surprisingly strong and look really nice, easy to put together, and impressive. I cant fault Furniture Edit in any way and can honestly say their custome service is second to none, so thankyou to those involved in helping me I really didnt expect it. Well done

Cannot recommend enough, ordered a 6 drawer flat pack unit, foolishly we fitted a part incorrectly, I contacted Furniture Edit late last night, this morning contacted me to let me know new part being sent out, no charge!!! Fantastic Customer service
