I’m really happy with the quality of the order but delivery delays were not communicated.
I’m really happy with the quality of the good received. What I’m disappointed in is the length of time and notification I received about my order. I ordered online with 6-8 week delivery time. After 8 weeks I emailed and called several times, received different information from my emails to my calls. The email said once stock arrived it would be a 48hr delivery service yet on a later call I was informed it would be 3-5 working days for delivery after it arrived in stock. Eventually, 10.5 weeks after my order, it arrived and I love it. I just would have appreciated better communication and a sincere apology about the delays! On one call I was told ‘well it’s not that much longer than stated’ I felt this wasn’t really an appropriate response to my query. I just wanted clear and honest communication and it would have been 4 or even 5!

We’re very sorry, however, that the delivery took longer than originally quoted and that our communication was not clear enough during the wait. You should have received consistent updates from us, and we apologise that the information you were given by phone and email did not match.
We also agree that the response you received on the call was not appropriate. A delay beyond the quoted lead time is frustrating, and we should have handled your query with more understanding.
We’re sorry that this affected your overall experience, but we’re glad the item has now arrived and that you’re pleased with it.

Andrew at Caerphilly above and beyond
Andrew at Caerphilly store was extremely helpful today in demonstrating how to install a battery pack to a power recliner. He gave step by step instructions, lifted the sofa to talk me through installing and let me take a lots of photos. Fantastic customer service.

Great all round store
Went looking for two new sofas. Great all round store. Good quality choices at competitive prices. One stop here saved a day wandering around Barnstaple. Friendly informative staff (Martin) ,with none of the pushy stuff. Definitely come here again.

Terrible quality
REPLY TO FW: ORDER NUMBER 171439 complained about my dining table as it started falling apart within one year of purchase. I think they compensated me £100 and refused as refund. The state of it now is so embarrassing! Hunting for a new table but definitely not from here
