These guys are supposed to pick up keys…
These guys are supposed to pick up keys and do a valuation of my property, its been booked in 3 times now, they appear to not be able to follow simple instructions on where to pick up keys and who to ask for going to incorrect towns and asking for different people, the third time is on the 19th, now arranged someone to be at the property but will they even turn up?

Great service!
I recently hired Gateway Surveyors-Private clients to carry out a level 2 homebuyers report on a property I am looking to purchase. From start to finish the process was smooth and professional. The report was ready within a few days of the survey being carried out.
Overall I found the service to be excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend Gateway Surveyors -private clients to anyone in need of a reliable and professional surveying service.

I got an exclusive report as per the promise given in the quotation. Surveyor was a very experienced person and kind enough to explain the issues in detail after giving the full report. I will give full marks for his efforts and response.
Support team was also spot on and they were able to address my questions on time.
