Excellent quality report
I was extremely pleased with the Homebuyers Report produced. It was extremely thorough, of really high quality throughout, and explained everything in easy to understand language. It has been incredibly useful for us to understand what we need to resolve before we exchange contracts. When we move in to our new home, I can already see that it will be an incredibly useful document for us to reference as we make the remedial changes recommended in the report.

Survey was great and very detailed…
Survey was great and very detailed report was shared. Only drawback was communication, on the day of survey it was not communicated when the survey will be conducted and if we had any concerns. But received report within 3 days…

Gateway Surveyors …
We were recommended to Gateway Surveyors.
In particular to a surveyor called Dilys, who covers our area.
We were not disappointed.
We left our details and were called back promptly.
After a chat it was recommended we should have a level 2 survey.
This was carried out within a few days with the report emailed to us within 24 hours.
The report was written clearly in a way we could understand.
It was very thorough and detailed.
The surveyor was at the property for approximately 3 hours.
We found the experience less stressful than expected and we would recommend this company.

Great homebuyers report
Dilys provided us with a really comprehensive survey and picked up on issues that we hadn’t expected. It was worth every penny. She scheduled in our survey really quickly and provided the report within 48 hours of visiting the property.
