Fantastic experience, would use again.
I came to Gateway following a recommendation from a friend and couldn't recommend them more. Their sales/booking team were always responsive/easy to get through to and even talked me out of getting a survey that would have cost me more (massive props here). Our surveyor gave us a call before hand to check if there was anything we wanted her to look out for and then followed up immediately afterwards. Her report itself is clear, provides the high level information as well as the detail.
In summary, I had a great experience with Gateway and would use them again.

Overall, a very efficient experience. Survey was carried out on a Monday and received report within 48 hours. Received calls from surveyor as well.

I have used Gateway Surveyors a couple of times in the last few years and have found their team to be very helpful and responsive. In terms of the surveys and reports, James pays a lot of attention to detail, the reports are extremely informative and have enabled me to confidently make decisions about the next stages of my house buying process. Proactive surveyor and well written report
Your surveyor was proactive in contacting me prior to their site visit and afterwards. They asked me what I would like them to look at and conducted themselves with integrity and professionalism. The written report arrived two days after site visit. It was comprehensive and clearly written and structured. I am grateful for the service received.
