From the first contact to supplying the report, Gateway did exactly what they stated they would do.
We found them very professional in everything they did for us. The report itself was comprehensive, easily understood and exactly what was required.

A thorough report.
I was pleased with how quickly the property was surveyed following my request. The high-priority actions were brought to the agents attention as well as an additional repair required. These have been brought to the sellers notice for action. I await a response.

Great service. Booked survey within one weektime and got report after two days
Great service. They booked my survey within one week and got my report after two days of the survey. Great report. I am satisfied with the service. After the survey and sending the report, the Surveyor cleared my queries about the property over the phone. I am a first time home buyer , but did my mininal research on the surveys before booking gateway and I believe I got what I am expected.

Thorough and Clear Survey
Anthony was thorough with his survey. He had given a call whilst at the property to check on request regarding a wall. The report was clear with no ambiguous description. I have been able to get a hold of him to get some direction as we move closer to complete our purchase of the property.

Disappointing
Not as much as photos and as deep as what we expected from the RICS report.

Sorry to read you are disappointed with our Level 2 Gateway Buyer Report and you felt it only deserved a 1 star rating.
Our Gateway Buyer Report (which is what was undertaken on the property you are purchasing and not the RICS Home Survey) contained 20 photos to accompany what the surveyor felt should be brought to your attention as the buyer. This 30 page report is a thorough inspection of the property and focuses on defects and other issues the surveyor considers to be significant and/or urgent.
We feel disappointed with your rating, however please do get in contact with us should you wish to elaborate on your review or discuss matters further.

Very helpful booking appointment. Phone call before survey to see if I had any questions/concerns. Report was done quickly. Opportunity to discuss with surveyor if I had any queries re the report.
