The service department is a brilliant team. We collected our caravan today after an emergency warranty repair which had been completed swiftly, efficiently and effectively. Just over a week ago we were welcomed with a smile, given a confident and thorough assessment of what was needed and the necessary paperwork was completed. Thank you Rebecca, Julia, Mike and Ian and the technicians who worked on our van. On top of everything it was valeted to perfection.

Mobile engineer Phil carried out a repair and service to our caravan. His approach to the repair was professional with a full understanding of all the technical issues that came with it. Phil is a credit to Highbridge Caravans. His customer service skills are excellent.

I visited the camping caravan and motorhome show and saw the bo-camp feather table but it was priced much higher than advertised at Highbridge Caravans so I am very pleased to have received it two days later than the show and much cheaper. I am very happy with table and the delivery time. Happy Days.

Purchased our Adria Twin Campervan from Adam @ Highbridge who was most helpful with our purchase and with our colour choice by showing us other brands in the same colour, he is both informative and knowledgeable.
Weve had a few minor issues requiring Warranty claims and one slightly more significant but all were fixed in a timely fashion considering all the logistic and parts issues around the world which delayed the arrival of some of the parts, it just requires some patience on everyones part. I would like to pass on my Thanks too Simon in aftersales and all the team behind the front desk @ Aftersales who were all very pleasant and helpful, well done Highbridge.

Very helpful when I had to change delivery date

They let us do a 6 hour round trip and 1.5 hour handover to collect a motorhome only to find accounts werent in on Saturday so they could not check the money had arrived!! (they knew we were coming to do a money transfer so why did they not say? We’d been advised not to transfer any money before checking the vehicle, just as well as it turned out!!) But they had confirmed on the phone that a transfer on a Saturday would not be a problem) We were surprised to see there was new damage to the back of the vehicle which they weren’t going to mention but my photos showed it wasn’t there before, and some bits missing from inside to make up the bed. We weren’t allowed to look at the V5C (later found govt site recommends you ask to see it and gives you a list of what to look for). We decided not to purchase and we’re refunded our deposit. Staff were very helpful when we were agreeing to purchase it but different staff were there on collection day with very questionable attitudes apart from the handover guy who was brilliant. Oh add to that our account was hacked a few days after we’d used it with them and they were the only retailer we’d used it with. When I let them know so they could check their systems or whatever they didn’t seem interested.
A very poor experience and we would never recommend them.

Ordered the Caravan cover on Sunday, delivery Tuesday, fitted Thursday. It fits a 1946 American Chevy truck, well enough to protect it when its outside.

An excellent experience at Highbridge Caravans. Nathan, the salesperson, Steve, the handover person and Julie who handled the final paperwork were all very professional, efficient and extremely pleasant. The handover was extremely comprehensive, exceeding our expectations. We are so glad we chose Highbridge Caravans for our new caravan.

Had a few queries today and Liz Francombe in the sales office has been lovely to deal with, very knowledgeable and friendly. A credit to Highbridge.
