We had a wonderful experience of what great customer service should be. We were helped with our issue regarding a new Hi -Fi by Rachel ( We believe she was the Manger) in the Newbury store. A great example to her team of excellent customer service. Walked out of her store a very satisfied customer. Thank you Rachel

The young lady who served me was very helpful
The young lady who served me was very helpful in suggesting another DVD when I told her that my son was Autistic.
She was enthusiastic and so pleasant throughout the whole time.
