Bought Honda ENY1 Ex Demo from Warrington the salesman Adam was very polite and facilitated the sale. The rear light bar had water ingress which i pointed out.The service department stated they would order a replacement and call me when when in stock for fitting. Never heard anything again even after several calls. Then sales staff kept phoning and asking me for the vehicles log book which i had part exd. Which i had taken in to the dealers eventually they found it no apology. I would not buy a car from the company again. Not what i expected from a Honda main dealer.
In the end i took my car to another Honda dealer, 'Cox' in Blackpool and they have been excellent and carried out the work on my car. Talk about 'chalk and cheese'.

Had service booked for 2nd march at Crewe which was booked by me in February I arrived at holdcroft for 8.30 am go to the service desk no-one about wanted 30mins till someone showed up eventually it may have been the cleaner not sure they said they find someone to attend to me eventually they did and it was booked in with a list of jobs informed me if I don't get Tel call by 4pm make my way to holdcroft which I did again no-one about someone came they get someone to me eventually short staffed was the reason? Car was ready not paperwork they had it all day? when I got paperwork and paid they informed me they could not do one job as they failed to inform me to drop car off the day before so now I drop the car off another day this is very very poor service it looks like they could not give a dam about customers

Holdcroft Volvo Hanley were fantastic because they took the time to answer my queries and gone above and beyond to ensure my new vehicle is fully prepared for handover with no delays. Special mention to Alan and Gareth who have been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

At mg Holdcroft we are a fast pace whatever it says when your on hold….WRONG ! They have ZERO communication skills, that they should ask toddlers how to communicate.

The service manger is chauvinistic - tried to blame me for clutch going on MG HS useless (under a year and less than 10,000 miles, along with other faults ) was a bit surprised when mentioned that husband also drives MG HS useless and then EVEN asked if I could drive a manual, bearing in mind I have had the car a year and took manual driving lessons, have only ever driven a manual and only twice drive an automatic (test drove auto HS useless ) and car had a supposed service (auto curiosity car).

I can very well drive a manual, I can probably drive it better than most men can do, as most men have a mangina and drive automatics. I only ever reverse park (any car) I can do it with one hand and I can parallel park too.

UPDATED no longer have MG HS useless thank god and anyone who I have said ‘I had an MG HS’ to have said I bet it had loads of problems. It is well known that MG’s are the worst.

Excellent customer service from start to finish at MG Cheshire Oaks. Was treated extremely well by Ryan and had a very positive experience. Went over every detail of the process from ordering our new car to collecting it and given a full overview of the comprehensive controls/screen, which was much needed. Ryan has been nothing short of excellent throughout this process and would full recommend Holdcroft MG Cheshire Oaks to anyone. We certainly will return for our next car. Thank you Ryan!

Holdcroft Mazda Hanley were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the team are fantastic and helped me a lot. I was in desperate need of a car that would be suitable for my newborn and the team were able to find me a great car quickly. The whole team are lovely and willing to help with any questions/queries that I had. Natalie who dealt with finding me the car and the whole process after was fantastic and I can't recommend these guys enough!

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of customer service at Mazda Oldham. It doesn't deserve a 1 star but I had to rate them in order to post this review. The dealership had advertised and confirmed an offer which they then retracted upon our visit to them. In my opinion it was to get the customer through their door. Once through the door they were asking for a much higher price than advertised. They tried to explain away the reason for the higher asking price which we had doubts about.

When speaking to the platform which advertised their initial offer, it became evidently clear that the dealership had been untruthful and dishonest about the change in price and because of this, we decided to go with another Mazda dealership. We asked for the deposit to be refunded, however they became extremely rude, confrontational and disrespectful towards my wife and I and in my opinion, they pressured us by using bullying tactics to try and keep us with their dealership. They were reluctant to return my deposit and had zero interest in acknowledging or resolving any of my concerns, even with the General Manager was being dismissive and even accused me of 'messing them about'!

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership; I am truly shocked and disgusted by their unethical behavior which I thought was unacceptable. You have been warned. I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone, which is why I have written this review.

I went to test drive the car and discuss a part-ex, the salesperson was very helpful. All that was discussed during that visit, was as agreed when i went to pick up the car. The team are friendly, helpful and appear true to their word. I would recommend them to friends and family.

From first contact with manager Pete he could not have been more helpful and Zaine explained every aspect of purchase and I did not feel pressurised into purchase or additional add ons and they both trued to help me as much as they could when my finance company failed to support me and deal with any issues.

Very understanding and knowledgeable sales persons - pleasant, courteous and professional. Whole process was effortless and streamlined. They seemed to be well versed in the sales process and well balanced with their sales attitude.

Hi, just a quick note regarding my recent purchase of a Jaecoo J7 from Holcroft Northwich. It was a great experience, Matt Whittaker was very helpful throughout and made the transaction very enjoyable. The car is great too.
