Homebase - Bishop�s Stortford Avis 

Natasha was very helpful, I brought the Isla shose brench boucle seat.
She radio through to the ware house and found money in a box. She also told me what feed I needed for the Hydrangea I brought.
Excellent service.

Leigh, on the paint mixing counter, spent ages with me trying to find the shade described as my granddaughter as Barbie pink. Leigh couldn’t have been more helpful and the (in theory) discontinued Sexy Pink she suggested turned out to be perfect.

Homebase has always been my 'go to' place for DIY projects.
On this visit I was unsure of what I needed and had to return the wrong item that I had bought earlier. I spoke to Natalie who was very helpful and reassuring. Being a retired Customer Service prossional, I found Natalie to be a great asset to Homebase.

I came to your store today. I needed a certain hedge trimmer , as I just broke my neighbours one . Kevin went above and beyond to help me , there was none in stock , but he kept trying to find one , as the system said different. In the end he gave me the ex-display one , finding the battery and charger. A fantastic experience, and a great employee for Homebase

Had to return a hedge cutter which had stopped working. Natasha was very helpful, looking at stock and offering a refund or replacement. In the end, the item had been discontinued in favour of a newer version, but Natasha sorted out the replacement. Helpful and personable.

Managed to find everything and if anything, there were staff present. Maddy served us and was really accommodating and sweet.

Amazing service. I ordered paint on a click and collect. I went to collect and was concerned what I ordered would not be suitable after all. India not only honestly gave her opinion on my initial choice but then went above and beyond by helping me choose a different colour, I am delighted with the colour. India’s service was sensational. The service is as excellent . Ordered a couple of items ( lanterns ) online and they contacted me from Bishop stortford shop to advise only have one in stock and the lady asked the manager if he could pick one that was available from Colchester as he lived near there ! How very kind and went above and beyond !
