Amazing customer service, so helpful and friendly and answered every question. I never usually leave reviews but the staff here need to be recognised!

I must admit living in the south east i had never heard of Humphries Shoes. However I found the sandals I wanted online and their service was outstanding. Just wish they had a shop near me because you do need to try
shoes . I only ordered online because I had tried them in a shop in Stamford in a different colour.

Bought children's school shoes from here twice online. One pair broke after a very short time and customer service was brilliant. They also have very competitive prices and I will seek them out when possible. Wonderful to support a family business too.

I have used humphries for my son’s school shoes for a few years, delivery and price have always been excellent!
It was not until this year I ordered my son Clarkes shoes and unfortunately the sole came off after a month!
I rang Humphries and spoke to a lady called Kate, without hesitation she said just return them and gave me multiple options to either replace them or refund them and even advised on maybe changing as the style of shoe maybe not the best choice as I have a footballing son!
Unfortunately humphries did not have a replacement my son liked and we just had a refund! I ordered shoes from elsewhere and actually felt guilty because the customer service was so good!
I don’t know if these reviews are read but Firstly Kate and secondly Humphries shoes a big thankyou and I will always recommend!

Slightly more expensive than Amazon but prefer my money to go here. Excellent service, well packed and fast delivery of a very nice pair of shoes.

Wanted Reiker sandals which were available on their website at a great price. Postage cost very reasonable and both pairs arrived very quickly, well packaged. Luckily I did not need to return.

The product was well packaged & very impressed they provided a return label for the unwanted pair.

I ordered a pair of Clarks shoes, that I couldn’t find in my son’s size at Clarks. The communication was excellent and my son’s shoes arrived the next day.

Excellent prices , first class service. I ordered a pair of trainers for my grandson. They were priced very competitively and postage was reasonable compared to other companies. I was kept informed on the progress of my order. It arrived well packaged the day before the first expected delivery date. I will definitely use this company again. I cannot fault them.

Ordered some boots and got them next day delivery for a very reasonable price. The boots were on sale and had the best price I could find online. Boots were just what I wanted and Humphries Shoes were excellent sellers. Very happy customer.

What a great service from Humphries! Best price, boots arrived today (sooner than expected but I suppose Royal Mail should take credit for that!) and they are lush!!! My only disappointment is that the other pair I have my eye on are not available in my size 🙃

I never buy shoes online because the hassle returning or exchanging if they do not fit is such a nightmare.
After reading the reviews decided to take a chance because they had the the Reiker shoes I wanted much cheaper than all the usual suspects online.
The service from beginning to end was such a refreshing change these days, especially as I had to exchange for a larger size which was a no cost option offered by Humphreys.
This is a long standing family firm and it shows.
