I placed an order two weeks ago that Royal Mail managed to lose so I contacted Kate who was exceptionally helpful and she sent out another pair of shoes immediately I will always check their site before buying from anywhere else

Ordered shoes and they were too big when they arrived so returned and immediately replaced with smaller ones. Totally awesome service. Would never hesitate to use this company again. It's been an amazing experience. Thank you

I've been purchasing these clarks funny dream shoes for 20 years since working in care. But due to a foot op I decided to go a size up and chose wide fit... Shoes dispatched promptly: arrived in a couple of days. Pre-paid postage label included in case it was necessary to return them, along with very clear instructions about how to do it. I had to return mine (sizing issue) & received a replacement pair within 5 days of sending them. Thoroughly recommend! Buy without fear!!!

Great website. Easy to shop. My shoes were too big so needed to exchange. Effortless process. I called up to check on process (it wasn’t taking long, I just had time pressure for holiday) staff on phone were amazing. Super helpful and made sure I got my shoes in time for my trip. Fabulous customer service and great price. We wanted some Angry Angels shoes for my daughter for school that we’d previously purchased locally but could no longer find. Google showed Humphries had them and at a better price than others. I purchased and sadly despite measuring with a Start rite shop, they were too small. I called and they were excellent suggesting how much bigger to go and offering free postage for exchange. The new ones have arrived and we’re delighted. Absolutely brilliant and would 100% use again and recommend

I ordered some saddles on line it said they would tell me when they were shipped but e pelted them to be with me between 15 - 19th August as I hadn’t heard anything by late yesterday I rang I was told they had been sent to the wrong customer and they were waiting for them to be returned. I asked how long I would wait first they said a couple of days and then changed to a week to 10 days they offered a refund which I have accepted I have been notified I will have to wait up to 10 days for my refund I am not impressed

Ordered a pair of sandals late thursday evening. Expected delivery as advised on Monday but were delivered on Sunday. Very prompt and excellent service from Humphries - would definitely recommend and would use them in the future. Very happy customer 😊

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Bought my son's school shoes online in Feb, one sole came unstuck at the end of June. Sent an email with some pics, got a return label and sent them back for inspection. Few days later Humphries agreed to replace them and even agreed to replace with a larger size so they'd fit after the summer holidays. Can't ask for better than that.

I always like to support independent retailers wherever possible rather than buying from the big chains and big online retailers too. I was pleased to find "Humphries Shoes" on a online search. Delighted to find exactly the pair of Barbour Boots that I always buy, in my size and at a great price too. Another bonus is the postage cost is very reasonable too. Got the flower ladies boots ,arrived really quick .
I had a problem with one of the holes for the laces but they couldn't replace them and I really didn't want to give them up so they gave me a % back .
My partner has bought a pair of boots but wrong size so sent back and requested a larger size which they did in super quick time .
Can't fault them and they emailed quickly.
Highly recommend this company and Kate who was emailing me . Kate your an asset to the company thank you for your help ☺️
