This is the most useless bunch I have ever encountered! Absolute bunch of incompetent people. All the repair Jobs they carried out where I moved into at accent had to be redone. They seem to enjoy having to go back on the same job. As if that was not enough, they have fixed a toilet leak five times in 3wks and as soon as they leave the problem starts again under 20minutes. The most useless lot!! They should be taken off the market. Unfortunately there isn't a zero rating as that's what i should be giving.

Terrible drivers just had a driver pull out in front of me coming out of the Texaco garage in Stratford upon Avon.

What a complete Shambles they are! Waiting in for a new bath as our Stonewater property has a majorly rusted bath, it’s dangerous to my 3 young children.
After waiting in for the day and changing hospital appointments for this because I desperately need it doing, they cancelled because they didn’t realise it was a two man job? And it’s going to take all day! Changing a bath doesn’t take the whole day.
They don’t know if it will get changed in the near future either.
Stay clear of this useless company if you can.

THE worst company I had ever dealt with,
(1) Privacy issues
Turned up back home after a short trip to the shops to find Ian Williams cleaning my windows and frames while my 16 year daughter was home and getting dressed to go out with zero booking. I also run a business and like everyone do my accounts from home, when I plan new ideas or chat to clients on the phone I sometimes use a whiteboard and found one guy reading it though my window and asking what I do for a living!!!

(2) Canceling appointments
EVERY SINGLE TIME I make a booking to come out they cancel and make a new booking for me without telling me so next time I'm clearly not in 🙄

(3) Contractors turning up at my door and having no clue why they are there and have in turn no parts so they look at the job and say they will get parts and never see them again!

(4) takes ages to get though to anyone on the phone and when you do they have ZERO understanding how bookings work and NEVER update the reason why to contractors! Eg plumbing issues they send a electrician who can't touch the job 🙄

(5) love bodging to "make safe" then bugging off and not coming back so you call up again and new person comes out and they say "what the hell is this not safe and you cod have got a shock or flooded" ect

If I could rate 0 I would. Been waiting for a bathroom leak under floor to be fixed for 6months. Communication terrible. Company are not fit for purpose

Worker caused a leak in our roof in mid December. Initially denied having touched that part of the roof but was proved wrong by inspection and drone footage. They said it would be fixed with urgency but has had three separate attempts and we still have a leak in mid February. It's caused a lot of mould and damage, disrupted our lives and we've had to cancel two holidays.

Absolute useless company. Accent peerless hired these people for there contractors because they are cheap. Our sockets went out some worked some didn’t took them 2 months to come out so we had extension leads going from plugs that worked to sockets that didn’t work. Anyway every time they said they will come out they never did unreliable completely taken time off work multiple times. They finally came out and managed to fix some sockets after 2 months then they said will book an appointment for rest never did they signed the work of to say it’s done. Jokers still waiting for the rest to be fixed this happened before Christmas still waiting February.

Gang members is more of a suitable name for this company

I reported unfinished work to Fire Doors through my Housing Association and was called by Ian Williams almost immediately. They arranged to come and finish the work that they had left unfinished for months, but when the day came for them to do the work they did not show. They rescheduled for 3 days later but again, they did not show. Despite completing no work, they then marked the job as complete in the housing assocation's system meaning I've had to report it for a second time. I have no faith they'll turn up to do the work and, frankly, given the system allows them to mark work completed knowing nobody from the HA checks it, I don't see why they would change.

I hope the idiot driving your van (reg plate ending FDD) at 7:30 in Shipley on 2nd Feb 2024 is more professional at their job than they are driving, they should remember they are representing a company who have probably worked long and hard to try and sustain a reputation but looking at these reviews, I don't think it’s the best reputation at all!

Fitting bathroom and kitchen was left without a kitchen for two weeks, shocking.

Could have the decency to let people who apply for your jobs, and attend interviews know whether they have been successful or not.very rude & disrespectful.

Worked for this outfit for 7 months and I must say it's the most unprofessional outfit I've come across in a while they don't use sandpaper don't put the required amount of coats at least 90% of the time most of the staff are not qualified or even painters working for them is as bad they will make u paint the inside of buildings in the summer and do the outside of the same building in the freezing cold with no toilet or facilities I have worked with guys in there 60s needing to relieve themselves in a bush it's actually disgusting if u seeking employment you probably be better in a Chinese sweat shop as won't get hyperthermia

As with most other reviews they are totally useless and unreliable. I am a self employed gas engineer and if I treated customers like the do I would deservedly have no business. Fail to turn up for appointments on time is common practice and failure to resolve issues is a theme also. They must be really cheap as there is no other reason housing associations would use them.
I have lost income waiting around for them not to turn up. I will be recovering my lost income through the courts if necessary.

This company is the biggest joke going! They’re completely useless and the worst I’ve had to call. A week of calling them and nothings been done. The driver gives one bell on your phone because they can’t be bothered. DONT EVER USE THIER CRAP SERVICES!!!

Absolute joke this company. They tender for work on social housing and will not accommodate people that can not be home 9-5 Mon to Fri. I live alone and am on 1 low income. I notify them that I need an evening or weekend. They totally ignore the phone call an send them anyway. Then rearrange the appointment for a similar day and time. On the fourth time somebody rang and threatened they would break in if I am not home, as it is a legal requirement (think it is for a smoke detector). I can not afford to take time off work and I am sick of them now. Should I have to choose between my low income being lower in a cost of living crisis or Maybe losing work all together just because they will not try to accommodate this. This company should not work with social housing tennants. I feel like I am being victimised and I am not a vulnerable person as some of the tenants may be.

This review covers the standard of work in my bathroom , when the guy put the channels in wall for the shower pipes he punched right through the cavity with the tool and did`nt do anything about it ,now the damage to the wall has been covered with a fancy bit of MDF board so when i choose to remove the cheap wall covering to have my black tiles back i`ll have to deal with bear brick work .cement ,render, plaster plus more black tiles witch are`nt cheap , also the bath that was fitted was to small . Thanks for causing me a lot of work and money to put this right .

As usual, made an appointment to fix plumbing issues on my day off. Not a morning or afternoon time but they gave me 10am to 2.30pm timeslot. 1.30 I received a text saying my appt had been rescheduled for Tues 5th Dec 8am to 5.30pm. They have been told countless times I work Mon to Thurs . I'm not going to lose a day's pay as they prob won't turn up.
Whoever arranges the appts puts too many jobs out for each employee. They know some jobs will be cancelled. We even had to put in our own loft hatch because Ian Williams left us without one !

Waited from 08.30 till 13:00 no show and this ain't the 1st time for this job. Wish I could put no stars. Absolutely shocking service. 10 min job even my kids can do this job.
