They do not give lead times as to when they’ll ship their products. I ordered and expected a lead time to come up on order page or at very least on confirmation email but to no avail.

Hi Lindsay, Thank you for your review and your recent order. We give estimated shipping time frames on each product page right under the product pprice and then that same information populates for each product on the view cart page as well. If you would like a more specific eta or would like to confirm stock on an item before an order is placed we are happy to assist at any time. You will be called by someone from our customer service department if the eta is outside of the time frame quoted in the product description or if not and the item is shipping within the quoted time frame you will receive another email with the tracking information as soon as the order ships. The loop chair that you ordered will be delivered white glove delivery free of charge so you will be contacted by the local delivery agent to set up delivery for that once it gets to the local terminal and the books will ship FedEx ground. Cool pendant lights - Fairly quick delivery time
I ordered from 3 different companies for a construction project; Interior HomeScapes items were second to arrive. There is a statement on their website that informs you of an approx. 1-week lag time for items to ship from their warehouse. Items were shipped out in less then a full work week. I appreciated the logistics carrier's tracking number so I could identity when my pendant lights would arrive. Looking forward to enjoying our unique light fixtures!

Outstanding Customer Service
Yes, I would recommend HomeScapes without any hesitation. I have purchased countless interior decoration products over the years and have had to deal with many customer service representatives, but none like this. Every person I communicated with did their utmost best to help me quickly, efficiently, and with tremendous respect. It was honestly, the best customer service I have ever received and first time I ever felt that a company actually put the customer first.

Amazing service - best bed ever !
We recently purchased an acrylic bed frame from Interior HomeScapes. We moved into a new modern home and our more traditional wooden frame looked out of place.
The Team at Interior Homescapes was amazing to work with. They helped us narrow down our choice and then it was completely seemless from there.
We knew timing of delivery and it all worked around our schedule to have the (extremely heavy!) bed delivered and installed.
We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend.
