An excellent first discussion with Harriett Bryant, about the Mini we were interested in. Time taken to build the car on line, which made our final decision easy and thereafter place an order.
We were kept informed of the progress of the build of the car by Harriett (it arrived at the showroom earlier than expected).
Excellent explanation/ demonstration by Harriett of the car’s features and function at handover.
I am delighted with the car which exceeds expectations.

Great new car experience
I was given a warm and friendly welcome in the dealership, I was asked about what model of car I would be interested in…given permission to look and inspect the vehicle in my own time. Once I had decided on which vehicle I would like, I had a test drive to see if it suited my needs. The salesperson went through all my options as regarding my trade in car and the financial options for the new vehicle.. I can certainly recommend my experience at the dealership.

I had a really positive experience with BYD Aberdeen. From the beginning, the whole process was smooth, professional and stress-free.
A special thank you to Rorie, who was very helpful, friendly and always happy to answer my questions. His communication was excellent and he made the whole buying process much easier.

David engaged with us very well, and was very helpful. We had been to several garages previously as this was our first EV purchase. We were pleased that there were no hidden charges and made the purchase on our first visit.
