I had a great experience at John Clark BYD, Aberdeen.
The salesman Jack was very informative on the different BYD models which helped me decide what model was best suited for myself.
Rohan was also very helpful with the deal.
I have been driving the car for around a month now and I love it.

Ripping people off all day
Ripping people off all day and when you submit a complaint you only get a narcissistic sorry you feel that way response. Well I'll be going to head office next week when I have time to write my letter and then the ombudsman if I still don't get an appropriate response. And if I get an apology following this review it's too late now.

Was happy with the way buying the car was handled nothing was a problem was a bit disappointed that the car had not been cleaned to a higher standard for picking up inside carpets little dirty outside inside the alloy wheels hadn’t even been tried to be cleaned
