JUST EAT Ireland Avis 

I wouldn’t even give them one star, ordered a voucher for a friend who lost her mum and payed extra for fast delivery, which she never received. Kept emailing them with no response at all. All very frustrating

The deliveries were inconsistent. Several times they were at wrong delivery place and one courier was extremely rude

Terrible experience. I ordered from dominos and mcdonalds first of all the dominos drive was EXTREMELY rude for NO reason he came up to the door and we had no clue it was our food cause someone else beside us ordered dominos and he said "theyre not answering wait this is YOUR FOOD you couldve said that in the first place and hands the food aggresively then mcdonalds OH DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED the driver was suprisingly very kind for the code JUST EAT NEVER GAVE ME A CODE!!! Then it took us like 10 minutes to figure it out when he handed us the food all of the coke SPILLED IN THE BAG! So the paper bags COMPLETELY RIPPED he handed the food and the coke SPILLED ALL OVER THE GROUND! And he just walked away... THEN! We went into the elevator and the bag COMPLETELY RIPPED chicken nuggets OUT fries DRENCHED TERRIBLE DONT ORDER!!!

This is not the first time this has happened. Ordered and then says its delivered and its not. Both times i had to spend at least 10 mins or so online getting my money refunded. I then have to wait for the money to be refunded. Not really quick and easy delivered to the door is it?

Great service, but foods from places such as McDonald always cold.

I've been using your service to bring delivery of food ordered by me lately. I have had encountered no difficulties nor problems with all deliveries from Just Eat. The service and delivery have been First Class and quick all the way. Your company deserves a five-star rating from me.

Just eat refused to refund me for raw chicken, what a joke. If that doesn't qualify for a refund I dont know what does. Especially that restaurant called me and said they rang just eat and that they are happy to refund me. Deleting just eat. What a pity I can't attach photos as it was completely disgusting pink in the middle raw chicken.

Pizza was great but cold by the time it was delivered.

Courier gave us the wrong order when we told he didn’t know a single word of English horrible service

Received confirmation that food was delivered 10 min before confirmation received. No sign of food, just eat doesn't have a number of the driver to call. Awful service and will never use just eat

Great layout and very easy to pick restaurant based on category. Very quick and easy to navigate. I especially like the time shown for delivery and the map is great also. Really well designed.

I got an email from just eat with a €8 voucher which didn't work at the checkout. I contacted customer service and they weren't able to help, so they escalated the issue to a supervisor or a manager. They ensured I will be phoned back and they never contacted me again. I sent 2 emails and no reply. I don't see the reason of sending emails to people with codes that don't work.

Just eat used to be a great company at "FIRST".I used to use them twice a week or more for over a 10 year period!! But once they started with this service charge for customers was a bad move on their behalf..To make things worse the restaurants get charged 20%..

So what a lot of restaurants have done is increased their prices on Just Eat, but if you were order the same meal off the restaurant's own app or in the physical restaurant, it would be a lot cheaper!!

Things need to change Just Eat!!
