Shocking member experience
I think this is the worst website I have ever used and their customer service is pathetic. I have not been able to log in to my account for a week. Their verification process does not work and just says to try again tomorrow. Absolutely no contact details to call them, and no option on their website to make a complaint. The whole experience is so frustrating. A horrendous service

The most infuriating, incompetent company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I applied for our 25% tax-free lump sum in AUGUST, and somehow it’s now December and we’re still sat here waiting. I was told the money would be in our account on Monday within 24–48 hours — well, it’s now Thursday and surprise, still nothing.
They take a full month to respond to a single email if they need more info, dragging the process out for no reason other than pure uselessness. I’m absolutely exhausted from constantly ringing and chasing my own money. This payout was meant for Christmas — and after applying four months ago I stupidly believed it would actually arrive.
I’ve been fobbed off over and over again. The only decent person I’ve spoken to is Ben tonight, who’s at least trying to escalate it. But honestly, at this rate I’ll probably be six feet under before they finally release what’s owed to me. The whole company is an absolute disgrace.

Lovely people and great service
These people get bad reviews but I don't understand why. Everyone I've spoken with is professional, courteous and friendly. OK, I have problems logging in but that's a minor issue.
I spoke with Rosie a few days ago. She was wonderful. Knew her stuff and also lovely to speak with. A credit to the business.
I also spoke with Abraham today and he was a joy. Even recommended where to visit in the Philippines!
No issues with accessing my account and taking money in a timely and efficient way. Well done Lifesight. All the best to you.
P.S. having looked at other reviews since I posted this, I've noticed Rosie has been mentioned several times. Perhaps she should get an award in her appraisal.
