Saved My Sanity
Ashley Hodgson saved my sanity!
My new iphone managed to delete my business email. Ashley remained calm and when all around was losing the will! He talked me through it and I cannot thank him enough. He saved a new iphone from being thrown out of a window ! He's an absolute star !

Look elesewhere for IT support
The service received and customer service has been poor, unexpected and inconsistent billing, booked engineers who don't turn up on date and time specified. Would strongly advise to look elsewhere for IT support.

Excellent Remote Support Service

Richard from LillyComms provided an excellent service while resolving the phone issues we were experiencing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to identify the root cause of the problem. Communication throughout was clear and helpful, and he ensured everything was fully tested and working correctly before finishing the job and checked with the teams on site if there was anything else he could help with before he left.
