I would give zeros stars if it was possible.
Had to cancel the order in the end as they kept pushing the delivery date back. Very rude customer service and no way of contacting over the phone- goes straight to voicemail and unable to leave a message as the voicemail box is full. Email correspondence is very rude and unprofessional, email response from them is sent in capital letters, very short and just key words used (unable to attach picture to show) Clearly taking orders that they have no way of fulfilling. Don’t give this company your money and custom

I ordered a garden gate on 30th April with an expected delivery of around a week. When I chased it up, they said it hadn't been dispatched, gave a revised date of 25th May and an offer of 10% off - which never happened. Still no delivery. I have emailed them twice now - both emails ignored and their mailbox is full. Everything they say is a lie, do not trust them. I'm now having to go through my bank for a charge back.

Very pleased with the communication.
The gate was amazing.
Could not fault.

There is nothing redeeming about the gate I purchased. I’ve seen palettes made of better wood than was used. It is dirty, uneven, showing printing in some areas, and apart from the crossbars completely unplaned so the likelihood of splinters is very real. It was broken in two places on arrival, easily remedied with a large hammer but says something about the workmanship. The uprights are unevenly spaced and crooked. As I ordered a 120cm wide gate to accommodate wheelchairs in a community project, I was expecting additional uprights but no, they were just spread out to take up the additional 30cms. I am now faced with the task of screwing everything securely and sanding it down to make it safe to touch. I thought mistakenly it would be better quality than your average D I Y store, I was wrong.

AVOID! Ordered 20/4. Order accepted with a delivery of 5-7 days. Chased up after two weeks of hearing nothing. Said delayed and offered 10% off and a promised delivery of second week of May. Nothing again. No update. Chased again. Promised latest 21 May. Still nothing. Tried phoning. Can’t leave message. Always reply to email with apologies but no confidence about ever receiving the gate. Cancelled order and asked for refund. Yet to receive. Have gone via chargeback from my credit card instead. Sounded like they were relieved to not have the order anymore!

For some reason they delivered something completely different to what was ordered, then told it would be sent out the next day and be with me Monday, to still not have on Monday for them to tell me it was only sent out that day on Monday still didn’t arrive for a few more days later, terrible customer service

Ordered a gate at the beginning of March. Had to chase for dispatch. Damaged gate (hole in the middle of the gate) arrived 2 weeks after order date (so lead times should be measured in weeks not days).

They agreed to replace the gate beginning of May. Zero contact from company even after repeated emails and calls. Failed promises around delivery of new gate more than once. Over 10 weeks after ordering they have finally issued a refund. All correspondence was initiated by myself and when I did get a response, they couldn’t even meet what they told me. No, 100% wouldn’t recommend. Terrible products and terrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

Shocking customer service, wrong product sent , discount offered but I actually wanted what I ordered !
Refunded after 1 month of chases for product , then they sent ANOTHER incorrect gate ! So now I have 2 gates that I dont want !

Ordered a gate from this company on the 25th April with a delivery date of 6 - 8th May, I was sent an email to say that the gate was dispatched on 1st May, (this was a lie) on the evening of 8th May I start to ask where the gate is, receive various dates for delivery ranging from 18th - 25th after various communications on the 10th I’m informed it will be delivered by 13th, but today 12th may I’m now told they have issues and will not be delivered until end of May, shite company and not one I would ever order with again they have wasted over two weeks of my time and had my money for that time.

DO NOT USE! Ordered gates and waited for delivery updates, no information from the company or on their chosen tracking app "shop". You can't speak to them as phone goes to answer machine which is full. I questioned them via email and they cancelled my order. Waiting for my refund!

Delivery time is shocking. I've had orders arrive from europe more quickly.
1 week after dispatch still waiting didn't arrive on time .
Ended up cancelling my order and buying elsewhere.

I gave this company 1 star but there really should be a 0 star option. Ordered some gates over 1 month ago with a delivery date about 1 month ago and despite various calls and e-mails with lots of promises of delivery almost every day, nothing has transpired. Looks like a small company taking on too much work from B&Q. promising the world and wholly unable to deliver

After ordering a bespoke sized gate and waiting 3 weeks for delivery it was the wrong size. I emailed and called and was assured that I would receive my replacement gate the next week. This did not happen. No one answers emails and you can't get a hold of them by phone as they either don't pick up or their voicemail box is full! I've been given the run around. Don't use this company!
The communication and customer service is poor and I'm still awaiting a replacement gate and still have a gate in my garden that needs picked up.
I will be speaking with my bank to get a full refund.
Be warned this is not a good company to deal with.
